Shawnee Press

0 documented arrangements

Founded in 1939 by bandleader Fred Waring, originally as "Words and Music," to publish his own arrangements after school and church choir directors began requesting copies. Renamed Shawnee Press after relocating to Delaware Water Gap, Pennsylvania, it became a major force in choral publishing -- its catalog is primarily choral rather than band -- and was later acquired by Hal Leonard in 2009.
